There is a shuttle bus, Olympic Airport Shuttle, which runs from all
terminals, departing approximately every hour from 6:30 a.m. until
midnight.  Reservations are required.  From the U.S. call
1-800-822-9797.  From abroad call +1-732-938-4300.  They can be
reached 24 hrs a day and accept all major cards.  Cost is $18US.

Directions by train from New York City:

Take the North Jersey Coast Line (New Jersey Transit) from Penn
Station to the Red Bank train station.

Driving instructions:

>From the Garden State Parkway:
 
        From the south: Take exit 109.  Turn right onto Newman Springs
Road.  Proceed to the end.  Make a left onto Route 35, cross railroad
tracks, and immediately bear left onto Route 35 (Maple Avenue) to
Front Street.  Make a left on Front Street, bear right through one
traffic signal to Molly Pitcher Inn on right.

        From the north: Take exit 109.  Turn left onto Newman Springs
Road.  Proceed to the end.  Make a left onto Route 35, cross railroad
tracks, and immediately bear left onto Route 35 (Maple Avenue) to
Front Street.  Make a left on Front Street, bear right through one
traffic signal to Molly Pitcher Inn on right.

>From the New Jersey Turnpike:  

        From the south: Take exit 7a (Shore Points) to Route 195 East.
Take Route 195 East to the Garden State Parkway.  Follow directions
from the Garden State Parkway (from the south) above.

        From the north: Take exit 11 to the Garden State Parkway.
Follow directions from the Garden State Parkway (from the north)
above.
