• Machine Learning: unsupervised and semi-supervised learning, manifold learning, and general statistical methods.
• Signal Processing: communications, audio and medical imaging.
• Speaker Identification and Diarization: particularly in meetings with unknown, arbitrary microphone positions.
• Automatic Speech Recognition: acoustic modeling.
